The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all the main attractions. It is just a short walk to the closest tourist spot, and you can easily reach the center of town within minutes. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing good recommendations and assistance.
The breakfast options are very limited and could definitely be improved.

The location of this hotel was excellent, just a short walk from the main train station. This made it really convenient for us to catch the tram to and from the airport. We also found it easy to explore the city as it was centrally located and close to many of the main attractions.
First, the WiFi was only available in the lobby and not in the rooms.

Great location near a beautiful piazza, close to train station and major attractions. Helpful staff provided recommendations and tips. Clean, comfortable room with charming decor. Simple breakfast, but adequate. Reliable wifi, although signal was weak in certain areas of the room. a pleasant stay.

This hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella station, making it easy to explore the city without any hassle. The staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and circling the main tourist attractions. The rooms were equipped with all the basic amenities we needed, including free wifi, and were clean and comfortable. Plus, breakfast was included in the rate, offering a decent selection of food and drinks to start our day off right.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel was very close to all the attractions, making it convenient to explore the city. It was so close to the train station that I didn't need to take a taxi. The hotel was right in the center, making it easy to access everything. The staff were friendly and helpful.
